Terms of Service

1. The service

BreachVisor monitors breach databases and public sources for credentials associated with the company domains you register, and alerts you when exposures are found. The service is provided by TCQB (“BreachVisor”, “we”, “us”).

BreachVisor is an early-warning service. We do not guarantee that every leak will be detected, and an absence of findings does not mean an absence of risk. The service does not replace security best practices, employee training, or incident response.

2. Accounts & acceptable use

You may only monitor domains that you own or are authorized to monitor on behalf of your organization. We may suspend accounts monitoring domains without authorization.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly ($279/month) or annually ($2,790/year), in US dollars, via Stripe. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply at your next renewal.

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard (Billing → manage). Your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. We don't do cancellation phone calls or retention forms.

4. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied within 30 days of your first payment, email us and we'll refund it in full. No questions, no forms.

5. Data we handle

To provide the service we process: your account information, the domains and email addresses you register for monitoring, and breach metadata about those identifiers (which breach, when, what data types were exposed).

We never store leaked passwords or secrets themselves — only the fact that a password was exposed. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is”. Breach data comes from third-party sources we don't control; it can be incomplete, delayed, or contain false positives.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including losses caused by a security incident.

7. Termination

You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination we delete your monitored-domain data within 90 days.

8. Changes & contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
